Candidate Screening & Management System

1. Getting Started

Login-Only Authentication System

Important: No Signup Required

This platform uses a login-only system. There is no signup page. Your account is created automatically on your first login attempt.

Email Format Requirements

All users must use the company email format:

FirstName.LastName@mangoanalytics.ai

Example: Geetika.Sharma@mangoanalytics.ai

Fixed Passwords

Recruiters:

Recruiter@20

Admins:

Admin@20

Use these passwords for your first login. You can change your password after logging in.

First Login Process

  1. Visit the MangoJob platform welcome page
  2. Click Recruiter Login or Admin Login
  3. Enter your @mangoanalytics.ai email
  4. Enter the fixed password (Recruiter@20 or Admin@20)
  5. Your account will be created automatically and you'll be logged in
  6. Change your password from your profile settings (recommended)

Pre-Defined Admins

The following 4 users are designated as admins:

  • Aman.Karki@mangoanalytics.ai
  • bablu.bhandary@mangoanalytics.ai
  • Lavina.Kapoor@mangoanalytics.ai
  • Ram.Karki@mangoanalytics.ai

All other @mangoanalytics.ai emails will be assigned the recruiter role automatically.

Security Note

Please change your password after your first login for security purposes. You can do this from your profile settings or by using the "Forgot Password" feature.

1.1 For Recruiters

Role: Front-line candidate screening and form submission

Access: Immediate after email verification

Capabilities:

  • Fill out comprehensive candidate screening forms
  • Submit candidate information to multiple companies
  • Drop candidates with remarks if not suitable
  • Automatic document generation for company submissions
  • Tracked performance metrics (time, efficiency)

1.2 For Admins

Role: Manage users, view candidates, and analyze performance

Access: Immediate after first login

Capabilities:

  • All recruiter capabilities (can fill forms)
  • View all submitted candidates
  • Manage job descriptions
  • Create and manage recruiter accounts
  • View efficiency metrics and analytics
  • Access daily performance reports

1.3 For Super Admins

Role: Full system control and user management

Access: Pre-configured account

Capabilities:

  • All admin capabilities
  • Create admin and super admin accounts
  • Full user management across all roles
  • System-wide analytics and reporting

1. Basic Information

Full name, email, phone, location, and LinkedIn profile

2. Professional Background

Current role, years of experience, notice period, and work authorization

Recent projects, roles, technologies used, and achievements

5. Compensation & Preferences

Current salary, expectations, work preferences, and availability

6. Screening Notes

Communication skills, cultural fit, red flags, and overall assessment

Select target companies and generate submission documents

  • Double-check all contact information
  • Verify years of experience and dates
  • Ensure technical skills match candidate claims
  • Confirm salary expectations are realistic

✓ Completeness Matters

  • Fill all required fields (marked with *)
  • Provide detailed screening notes
  • Document any red flags or concerns
  • Include specific project examples

✓ Professional Assessment

  • Rate communication skills objectively
  • Assess cultural fit based on conversation
  • Note any concerns about availability or commitment
  • Provide honest overall recommendations

✓ Drop Candidate Feature

If a candidate is not suitable, use the "Drop this candidate" button available on each form step.

  • Always provide clear remarks when dropping
  • Document specific reasons (e.g., "Salary expectations too high", "Lacks required skills")
  • This helps improve future screening processes

How the Timer Works

Timer Appears

A timer [00:00] is displayed in the top right corner when you open the candidate form

Timer Starts

The timer automatically starts when you click on any field in the form

Timer Stops

The timer stops when you click the "Submit" button or "Drop this candidate"

Data Recorded

Your time is saved and used for daily efficiency analysis

What Gets Tracked

Session Tracking

  • First form open time
  • Last form close time
  • Total active time per day
  • Number of sessions

Performance Metrics

  • Average time per candidate
  • Total submissions per day
  • Completion vs drop rate
  • Success rate percentage

Performance Tips

  • Aim for thorough but efficient screening (15-20 minutes per candidate)
  • Don't rush - accuracy is more important than speed
  • Take breaks between candidates to maintain quality
  • Your metrics help identify training needs and best practices
4. Best Practices

  • Verify candidate information during the call
  • Ask specific questions about technical skills
  • Document red flags immediately
  • Provide detailed screening notes
  • Use the drop feature for unsuitable candidates
  • Review all information before submitting

✗ DON'T

  • Submit incomplete or inaccurate information
  • Skip required fields or screening notes
  • Rush through forms to save time
  • Ignore communication or cultural fit concerns
  • Submit candidates without proper screening
  • Leave the form open without working on it
5. Analytics Dashboard (Admin & Super Admin)

Admins and Super Admins have access to comprehensive analytics dashboards to monitor recruiter performance and platform usage.

  • Average time per submission
  • Total sessions per recruiter
  • Daily performance metrics
  • Export to CSV

Analytics Dashboard

Access: /admin/analytics

  • Submission vs drop rates
  • Success rate percentages
  • Daily activity trends
  • Per-recruiter breakdowns

Daily Reports: Analytics are updated in real-time and shared with admins and super admins on a daily basis to track team performance and identify improvement opportunities.

7. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if I forget my password?

A: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive a password reset email at your registered @mangoanalytics.ai address.

Q: How long does admin approval take?

A: Admin account approvals are typically processed within 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification once approved.

Q: Can I edit a submitted candidate form?

A: No, once submitted, forms cannot be edited. Please ensure all information is accurate before submission. Contact your admin if corrections are needed.

Q: What happens to dropped candidates?

A: Dropped candidates are recorded with your remarks for future reference and analytics. This helps improve screening processes.

Q: How is my performance evaluated?

A: Performance is based on multiple factors: time efficiency, submission quality, completion rate, and accuracy of screening notes. Quality always takes priority over speed.

Q: Can I access the platform from mobile?

A: Yes, the platform is responsive and works on mobile devices. However, for the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.

Q: What companies can I submit candidates to?

A: Currently supported companies include Hexaware, Hitachi, Synechron, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, and TCS. Documents are automatically generated for each company's format.
